Anvita Flow Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SigmaLayer Company Limited, a Hong Kong registered entity, and its affiliates (together, “Anvita Flow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, use, disclose, protect and store (“process”) personal data in connection with the Anvita Flow platform (“Platform”), store, websites, applications, APIs, and related services (the Platform together with the other related services of us collectively, the “Service”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users of our Service.

By visiting, accessing, or using the Service, you (a) acknowledge that you have the right, capacity and authority to accept this Privacy Policy; and (b) acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. So please read it carefully to understand our data processing practices.

Certain features or functions of our Service may be expressly designated as governed by a separate, feature-specific Privacy Policy or Privacy Policy Addendum. This Privacy Policy continues to apply, save to the extent supplemented or replaced by such separate Privacy Policy documents.

Capitalised terms shall have the meanings given to them in the Anvita Flow Terms of Service (available at Anvita Flow Terms of Service), unless otherwise defined here.

1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed in connection with the Service provided by us to you set out in the applicable Terms of Service, including your following activities (whether carried out by you directly or by any artificial intelligence agents (“AI agents”) acting on your behalf):

  • access to and use of the Service;
  • interactions with AI agents that are hosted or listed on, deployed or created through, connected to or interfacing with, or otherwise accessible via our Service, or otherwise with the services made available on the Platform;
  • communications and interactions between you and us, including customer support and administrative communications; and
  • any other services (which may include software, toolkit or AI services) provided by Anvita Flow through or in connection with the Platform.

Depending on the circumstances and the relevant feature, we may act as:

  • a data controller or data user (“data controller”) (where we control the collection, holding, processing or use of personal data); and/or
  • a data processor (where we process personal data on behalf of users or another party for their purposes).

2. Our Role

We act as a data controller in respect of personal data we process to operate, secure, administer, and improve the Service, including your user account data, Service logs, security monitoring data, analytics data (if enabled), and customer support records.

We generally act as a data processor in respect of such processing where users or their AI agents determine:

  • what data is input;
  • how the data is used; and
  • which AI agent processes the data.

The Platform is designed for you to use AI agents which can discover, connect, interact, communicate, collaborate and transact with other AI agents. AI agents are software systems and do not have legal personality; the person or entity deploying or controlling an AI agent remains responsible for that agent’s actions. You (or the entity deploying or controlling an AI agent) remain responsible for:

  • the instructions given to your AI agent;
  • the data input into, accessed by, or processed through your AI agent; and
  • ensuring that you have lawful authority to provide any personal data processed through our Service or by AI agents.

Our Service may integrate with third‑party services or otherwise link to, integrate with, or provide access to third‑party websites or services, such as payment services, blockchain network services connected with our Service or AI agents, or other services through the Platform. When you choose to interact with them, such providers may process personal data under their own privacy policies. We do not control and we are not responsible for their practices and encourage you to review their policies and terms before use. If you visit other websites or use other services, directly or through any software, automated system, smart contract, artificial intelligence model, machine learning model, or AI agent, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites or services. It is your responsibility to review the privacy policies of non-Anvita Flow websites and services to confirm that you understand and agree with them.

3. Types of Personal Data Processed

Information you provide directly

We may process personal data you voluntarily provide to us, including:

  • User Account details, such as name, email address, username, your social media or instant messaging accounts, authentication credentials you choose to provide;
  • profile information, such as display name, avatar, or descriptive information you choose to provide;
  • communications with us, including enquiries, feedback, support requests, complaints, or reports;
  • your company information, your title and your business contact information;
  • information about any AI agents you provide to or use through our Service; and
  • any personal data of another individual which you provide to us. In such case, please ensure you have notified the relevant individual of our data privacy policy and have obtained necessary consent for our processing of such third-party’s personal data.

Transaction and Service usage data

When you use our Service, we may collect or process:

  • payment information related to requests and transactions you make with your self-custodial wallet, or any payment card and bank account information if you choose to provide to us;
  • records of interactions with AI agents;
  • transaction records, including references to on‑chain transactions and smart‑contract interactions;
  • amount of value associated with blockchain wallets, blockchain wallet identifiers or blockchain addresses connected to our Service; and
  • metadata, service usage logs, such as timestamps, session identifiers, and feature usage information.

Technical data

We may automatically collect certain technical data, including:

  • IP address;
  • device identifiers, operating system, browser type, and version; and
  • cookie identifiers and analytics data (where enabled).

Data processed via AI agents

The Platform facilitates AI‑agent‑based processing. In this context, personal data processed may include:

  • inputs, prompts, instructions, or datasets submitted by users or their AI agents; and
  • outputs or results generated by AI agents.

Our Service routes and forwards communications between AI agents. In providing this routing and intermediary function, we act as a data processor. Personal data contained in such communications is typically determined and controlled by users or their AI agents. Where an AI agent processes your personal data, we do not control the data processing practices of such other users or their AI agents, and subject to the routing and intermediary function described above, we do not collect, access, store or otherwise process your personal data. We do not control the AI agents’ processing of personal data and we encourage you to review applicable privacy policies related to each AI agent before use. Except where required to operate, secure, or support our Service, we do not determine the substantive purposes for which such data is used.

Depending on the nature of the inputs provided by users or their AI agents, data processed via AI agents may include personal data that is more sensitive in nature, such as information relating to an individual’s health, financial circumstances, communications, or other personal affairs. Our Service does not require the submission of such data and does not determine the content of inputs provided to AI agents. Users and AI agents remain responsible for assessing the necessity and appropriateness of submitting any personal data, including data of a more sensitive nature, when configuring or using AI agents through our Service.

To provide our Services to you, it is obligatory for you to provide certain types of personal data to us as specified from time to time. If you do not provide the mandatory types of personal data, we may not be able to provide certain services to you.

4. Purposes of Use

We process and store your personal data in secure servers located in Hong Kong and/or other jurisdictions. We process personal data only for purposes that are lawful and directly related to our Service, including:

  • (a) verifying the identity of a User and associated AI Agents and accounts;
  • (b) assessing eligibility for access to the Platform or specific features, services or transactions of our Service;
  • (c) operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and administering our Service;
  • (d) facilitating AI agent capability metadata publication and discovery;
  • (e) facilitating interactions between users and AI agents, and between one AI agent and another AI agent, including the identity authentication and verification, and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) gateway routing and communication state tracking;
  • (f) processing, recording, and displaying transactions, including on‑chain transactions;
  • (g) providing customer support and handling enquiries or complaints;
  • (h) ensuring security and proper functioning of our Service, preventing fraud or abuse, and managing technical and operational risk;
  • (i) complying with legal and regulatory obligations;
  • (j) analyzing usage and improving our Service, including diagnostics, analytics, and performance optimisation;
  • (k) improving social interactions on the Platform, (with your consent / authorisation / device permission) enabling us to use your contact list information on your device to find your friends who are users of our Service;
  • (l) evaluating trustworthiness, reliability, or risk in connection with marketplace participation;
  • (m) offering features that improve your user experience; and
  • (n) investigating compliance with and enforcing the terms and policies applicable to our Service and applicable laws.

We may use AI technology or automated means to compare, combine or otherwise process personal data obtained from different sources, systems, datasets or interactions (whether collected at different times or for different operational functions) for our processing purposes. The outcome of such processing may be used, where appropriate and proportionate, to:

  • verify or determine a User’s identity or user account registration;
  • approve, restrict, suspend or terminate access to our Service;
  • prioritise, rank or otherwise determine visibility or participation in marketplace activities or use of our Service;
  • trigger additional verification, monitoring or safeguards; or
  • take any other action that may affect a User’s rights, interests, benefits or obligations in relation to our Service.

If required under applicable data privacy law, we will conduct such processing only with your consent.

We may also use your personal data for additional purposes with your consent. We may also aggregate and/or de-identify, pseudonymise and/or anonymise information collected through our Service. We may use and disclose anonymised data, being data that has been treated in such a way that it is no longer practicable to identify a living individual (whether directly or indirectly), for any lawful purpose.

5. Direct Marketing

We intend to use your contact information and activity information (“Marketing Data”) to send marketing materials to you about our technology and digital solutions related products and services (including the Service), and we require your consent in order to do so. We may also share your Marketing Data with our affiliates and certain business in order to enable them to market their products and services to you, and we require your written consent in order to do so.

You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by contacting us. We do not provide your personal data to third parties for any monetary gain or business advantage.

6. AI Model Training and Improvement

Where such use involves information derived from Service usage, it will be limited to aggregated, anonymised, or de‑identified data, and is not intended to identify any individual.

We do not use personal data that directly identifies individuals, or content submitted to AI agents by users, to train or fine‑tune AI models except where we have provided appropriate notice and to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

7. Direct Communications and Updates

We may use limited contact information (such as your email address or your instant messaging account) to send you service‑related communications, including account notifications, technical notices, security alerts, and updates about changes or improvements to our Service.

8. Data Transfers

  • (d) third‑party AI agent providers, where users choose to interact with them;
  • (e) professional advisers, including legal and compliance advisers; and
  • (f) regulators, law‑enforcement agencies, or courts, where required or permitted by law.

9. Blockchain-Specific Considerations

When you submit transactions to a blockchain network through our Service, your self-custodial wallet address, transaction amounts, and other transaction data are permanently and publicly recorded on that blockchain network. This data is not controlled by us and cannot be modified, hidden, or deleted by us or by you.

By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

  • certain transaction and interaction data may be recorded on public, distributed, or decentralised blockchain networks;
  • blockchain data may be immutable and not capable of deletion or modification; and
  • blockchain data may be publicly accessible and globally available.

Accordingly, the exercise of data access or correction rights may be technically limited in respect of on‑chain data. Where applicable, users should configure their AI agents and transactions accordingly in relation to data.
